If you see my stall, come and have a taste, I’ll be serving up at least one of these specials.

• Honey and mustard Chicken Thigh,

Skinless, boneless, chicken thighs, marinated in my special honey mustard  BBQ marinade, Served with crispy Salad, with or without a bun.

• Hot thighs with blue cheese Drizzle.

Skinless, boneless, chicken thighs, marinated in my tex mex spices, served with Crispy salad and a cooling blue cheese drizzle, with or without a bun.

• Sweet and sour Chicken Skewers,

Chicken Breast marinated in my special Chinese marinade, skewered with peppers, onions, and pineapple, finished with my homemade sweet and sour sauce.

• Herb Rubbed slow roast lamb.

Lamb rubbed with fresh Herbs and garlic, fire roasted, Served with Mediterranean style Cous Cous and salad.
